($75.00 per camper for 3 or more siblings attending)
ATTIRE
Campers should wear a t-shirt, shorts, socks and basketball shoes each day.
* No need to bring your own basketball.
MEDICAL
Accidental Medical Insurance is included in the camp. Completion of the medical release form is required. A physical from a doctor, however, is not. If possible, please download a Medical Form from the Boys Basketball page, complete both sides, sign and send in with the registration on the back of this flyer.
