Baseball Report: March 30
March 30 at Conner: Conner 12, Milford 7
GAME REWIND
Milford couldn’t overcome a seven-run first inning by Conner as they Eagles dropped a 12-7 non-conference decision in Northern Kentucky. The Eagles got on the board first in the top of the opening inning on a two-run homer by Chase Herrell but trailed 7-2 after one frame.
Milford added single runs in the second and third, before the hosts added two more in the third. An RBI single by Tyler Hewlett highlighted a two-run sixth but Conner answered again pushing three more across in its half of the sixth to put the game out of reach.
Joel Sagraves totaled three hits for the Eagles, while Jonathan Baker and Braden Pickett added two each on top of Herrell’s longball.
