May 20 at Moeller: Moeller 4, Milford 2

GAME REWIND
Milford jumped to a 2-0 first inning lead, but a four-run third inning by Moeller would prove to be the only other runs of the game as the Crusaders ended the Eagles season with a 4-2 win. The Eagles had chances late to tie the game, but left the bases loaded in the sixth and two runners on in the seventh as Moeller closed out the triumph.

The Eagles got on the board early as Tyler Hewlett drove Jonathan Baker home with an RBI single. An RBI fielder’s choice brought him Milford’s second run.

In the sixth, the Eagles loaded the bases with two out, before Moeller got a line out to first to quell the threat. The seventh saw Milford put two on with two out before a strikeout ended the game.
