GAME REWIND

When Milford started the second half of the Eastern Cincinnati Conference season in mid-January, the players began warming up in shirts with 2019 Revenge Tour on the front. At Loveland, the Eagles picked up their third win of the year against a team it lost to earlier with a hard fought 55-45 win over the Tigers. The battle featured eight ties and four lead changes and was knotted at 35 at the end of the third quarter. But the fourth quarter was all Eagles as they made 7 of 10 field goals and 5 of 8 free throws to pull away for the win over their archrivals.

INSIDE THE ECC: The 2019 ECC Championship has come down to two teams as West Clermont enters the final week of regular season play with a one game lead over Turpin. The Wolves are 10-2 in the league, with the Spartans at 9-3. Loveland and Walnut Hills are tied for third, each at 7-5 and one game ahead of the Eagles. Kings and Withrow are next, tied at 4-8 with Anderson rounding out the standings at 1-11. The schedule for ECC conference games this week includes: Tuesday-Milford at Walnut Hills, Anderson at West Clermont, Loveland at Withrow and Turpin at Kings; Thursday-West Clermont at Loveland; Friday-Turpin at Milford, Withrow at Walnut Hills and Kings at Anderson.
