Boys Lacrosse Scores Multitude of Postseason Honors

A conference championship and one of the best seasons in the short history of Milford Lacrosse propelled a whopping 13 Eagles, plus head coach Conor Peck to a variety of postseason honors.

Here’s a look at the recipients awards and their season highlights.

Senior Luke Ray
• US Lacrosse All-American
• 1st team All-Ohio
• ECC Offensive Player of the Year
• 1st team All-ECC
• All-Region Midfielder of the Year
• 1st team All-Region
• 1st team All-MSLA
• Set school records for career goals (139) and points (233)
• Led the ECC with 70 goals scored
• Will continue career next year at Towson University

Senior Jacob Smith
• US Lacrosse All-American
• 2nd team All-Ohio
• ECC Defensive Player of the Year
• 1st team All-ECC
• All-Region Long Stick Midfielder of the Year
• 1st team All-Region
• 2nd team All-MSLA
• Set school records for career groundballs (379) and caused turnovers (143)
• Ranked third in the ECC with 94 groundballs and was first with 47 caused turnovers
• Will continue career next year at University at Albany

Coach Conor Peck
• ECC Coach of the Year

Junior Luke Barkimer
• 2nd team All-Ohio
• 1st team All-ECC
• 1st team All-Region
• 2nd team All-MSLA
• Set school record for career assists (104)
• Was fourth in the ECC with 54 goals scored, 52 assists and 79 groundballs and third with 31 caused turnovers

Senior Bryce Burleson
• 1st team All-ECC
• 2nd team All-Region
• Honorable mention All-MSLA
• Set school record for career faceoffs won (738)
• Led the ECC with 270 faceoffs won and was second with 146 groundballs

Senior Sawyer Copp
• 1st team All-ECC
• 2nd team All-Region
• Honorable mention All-MSLA

Junior Toto Luani
• 1st team All-ECC

Junior Robby Mickler
• 1st team All-ECC

Senior Jack Prior
• 1st team All-ECC
• Honorable mention All-Region
• Ranked third in the ECC with 153 saves

Senior Zack Sweeney
• 1st team All-ECC
• Honorable mention All-Region

Junior Jacob Wagner
