Led by a pair of first team selections, the Milford High School girls soccer squad saw six of its players named to the 2017 All-Eastern Cincinnati Conference squads. One of the honorees, senior Jessica Morgan was also named to the All-Southwest District team for this year.

Morgan was one of the top goalkeepers in the ECC this fall, logging 82 saves between the pipes, while tallying a pair of shutouts. She was joined on the All-ECC first team by sophomore Tori Kittrell. In her first season as a varsity player, Kittrell was an important piece of the Eagles’ defense, while tacking on three goals and three assists on offense.

Senior forward Bryn Rolfsen topped the squad with nine goals and 22 overall points, while adding four assists. She topped her sophomore teammate and fellow forward Ali Claus by a single point, as the latter finished with eight goals scored and five assists. Junior midfielder Ali Kirk also enjoyed a strong campaign that concluded with seven goals and four assists for a total of 18 points.

Senior midfielder Holly Barlage was Milford’s honorable mention selection for this year after she finished with a goal and three assists for five points.

The Eagles finished the 2017 season with a 6-8-4 overall record, while tying for fourth in the ECC Championship race with a 3-2-2 mark.
