Eagles Stadium Getting Summer Facelift

Posted on: June 21, 2017

Milford football fans can expect excitement on the field and off when the season rolls around this fall as Tom Grippa takes over as head coach and the Eagles’ home field gets an overhaul. In recent weeks, a large project has kicked off that will see the installation of new bleachers on the north side of the stadium as well as the construction of a new press box.

The cement bleachers on the north side are being removed, clearing the way for expanded bleachers that will now serve as the home sideline. Unlike in past years where the Eagles occupied the south sideline, beginning in 2017, Milford will switch to the revamped north sideline.

The project also includes the installation of a new surface on the Bill Marran Track that circles the football playing surface.
