Posted on: November 11, 2016

ECC All Conference:  Two Milford tennis team members were named to the 2016 Eastern Cincinnati Conference All-Conference Team.

Junior Amanda Reinhart was named first team all-conference in singles for the third consecutive year.  Reinhart played to a top four finish at Sectionals to advance to the SWDAB Girls District Tennis Tournament, but was unable to advance after a second round loss.

She was named first team singles for Division I following her Flight C first singles title at the Fall GCTCA Tournament.  In addition, she received the Most Improved Player Award for 2016.  Last year Reinhart received GCTCA first singles honorable mention for the 2015 season.  Reinhart was 6-0 in the ECC, and 19-3 overall.

Senior Mallory Faller received all-conference honorable mention this season for her play on the courts.  Faller posted three wins in conference play, and placed fourth in second singles at the ECC tournament.

Caitlyn Fisher of Turpin was honored again as the ECC’s player of the year, while coach of the year went to her coach, Gail Maundrell.
