Five Eagle Bowlers Earn All-ECC Honors

A quintet of Milford bowlers has ranked among the Eastern Cincinnati Conference’s best this season and have been honored with inclusion on the all-conference teams for the 2021-22 season. The list is led by a pair of first team honorees from the girls team, Shelby Sullivan and Mallory Klingshirn.

Cali Meshew earned herself a berth on the All-ECC second team, while Faith Howlett and Ryan Lemley are Milford’s representative as honorable mention.

Sullivan made her first ever appearance at the OHSAA District Championships and finished the regular season with the fifth-highest average in the ECC at 171.6. She is now a three-time All-ECC performer after picking up honorable mention and second team honors in her first two seasons.

Klingshirn and Meshew are both first time all-conference honorees. Klingshirn joined Sullivan on the first team, with a 160.9 regular season average, good for ninth in the league. Meshew was also in the top-20 in the league in average at 142.6.

Lemley wrapped up his season with a 182.3 average, while Howeltt ended at 124.9.
