SETTING THE SCENE: With its first victory of the 2021 season under its belt, the Milford Eagles are back on the gridiron this Friday night, hosting Lakota East in its home opener. The Eagles were flying high on opening night, registering over 500 yards of total offense in a 41-14 win at Edgewood, handing head coach Tom Grippa his 200th career win. Milford benefitted from a 149-rushing performance by Natwan Webster and 100+ receiving yard efforts from Reece Davis and Chase Duesing last Friday. The match-up marks the first between the Eagles and ThunderHawks since 2006.
