The boys squad, owners of a 4-15 record, are up first when they take part in Princeton’s Invitational on Friday and Saturday. The girls squad (4-15-1), who is idle from competition this weekend, gets back to it joining their male counterparts for a doubleheader at Princeton coming up on Tuesday.

September 19 vs. Cincinnati Mavericks: Ellen Victory continued her big scoring run with three goals but it wasn’t enough in a 9-6 loss to the Mavericks. Acacia Spencer was big on defense with a half-dozen steals.

POLL TALK: In the latest Ohio High School Water Polo rankings, both Eagles squads are ranked 10th in the state. The rankings are computed with a unique formula where teams earn two points for a winning record in a series against any Ohio team. If the series is tied, each team will earn one point. A team will earn zero points for a losing record in a series. The number of points is divided by the number of series played for an overall score. Games against non-Ohio teams do not count in the rankings but are reported in the overall record.
