Gill to Lead Milford Girls Varsity Volleyball

The Milford High School Department of Athletics is pleased to announce that Amy Gill has been named the new girls volleyball head coach.

Gill has been involved in the sport of volleyball for over 25 years as a player and coach.  Most recently, Gill was the head varsity of the girls varsity program for eleven years at Miami Valley Christian Academy.  While at MVCA, Gill’s 2014 team was the OHSAA Division IV Sectional Champions in 2014, and won Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Championships in 2012, 2013 and 2014.  She received the OVAC Coach of the Year Award in both 2013 and 2014.

A native of Cincinnati, Gill played volleyball, basketball and softball at Anderson High School, at continued her athletic career at Case Western Reserve University where she played four years of volleyball.  Gill lives in Milford with her husband Nathan and children Julia and Alayna.
