Welcome to the 2019 Milford Girls Soccer summer conditioning program! A successful season starts with hard work in the off-season. We are excited to get started and set the bar high for each player’s fitness level and strength. We expect every player to give 100% while at workouts and show the coaching staff qualities of a team player throughout the summer. Let’s also have fun!

SUMMER WORKOUTS: Tuesdays 9-11am, Wednesdays 8-10am, Fridays 9-11am
- June: 12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 25*, 26*, 28
- July: 2, 3, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26, 30
*Players who are not attending the optional team camp will have a modified workout.
TEAM CAMP (OPTIONAL): June 24th - 27th from 9-11:30am
- $110 per player. Checks written to Competitive Edge and may be submitted to a coach or brought to the first day of camp.
- Bring ball, shin guards, and plenty of water.
TOURNAMENT: Mason Pre-Season Classic from July 19th - 21st
- Each participating team (Milford will form 3-4 teams) will play 5 matches.
- No team will play more than 2 matches per day.
- All games will consist of two 30-minute halves with a 5-minute half-time.
SUMMER SCRIMMAGES: TBD
- May be scheduled against local high school teams.
- Game times would most likely be at night unless on a weekend.
- Once/if these are scheduled, players will be notified immediately.
TRYOUTS: August 1st and 2nd, Time and Location TBD
- Will consist of three sessions: 8/1 morning and evening, 8/2 morning.
- Players will be notified on 8/2 via telephone if they make a team.
PRE-SEASON SCRIMMAGES:
- August 7th: JVB* @ Seven Hills, 5pm
- August 8th: JVA/V @ Colerain, 5/7pm
- August 10th: JVA/V vs Ursuline, 9:30/11am
- August 12th: JVA/V @ CCD, 4:30/6pm
*More scrimmages may be scheduled for JVB and will be communicated asap.
