Manning, Dinkins Among Top ECC Girls Golfers

The two seniors on this year’s Milford’s girls golf team have each earned All-Eastern Cincinnati Conference honors for their play. Cameron Manning is a first team honoree, while classmate Mikaila Dinkins was the Eagles’ honorable mention choice.

Manning advanced to the OHSAA District Tournament for the second time after also advancing when the Eagles qualified as a team two years ago. She finished the fall with the fifth-best average in the league at 43.57. Manning placed in the top-10 at the ECC pre- and post-season tournaments and carded a 31st place finish at districts. She was also a first team All-ECC pick last year and honorable mention as a freshman.

Dinkins was among the league’s top-20 golfers in average, finishing with a 48.78. She started the year with a 12th place finish at the ECC Preseason Tournament.
