McGeorge Advances To Bowling District Tournament

Despite an outstanding season, the Milford boys bowling team missed advancing to the postseason but senior Nathan McGeorge will continue on to the Division I District Bowling Tournament this week.

McGeorge qualified with the second highest individual score of those not advancing as a member of a team.  He averaged a 187.3 while recording a three game series total of 562 (179, 213, 170) at the tournament on Wed., Feb. 21.

In a field where the top seven teams advance, Milford finished eleventh of fifteen teams. Mason claimed the team sectional championship followed by Elder, Fairfield, Lebanon, Middletown, the ECC’s West Clermont, and Moeller.
