MHS boys cross country summer training program

The MHS boys cross country team will begin summer conditioning on June 5, 2017.  The optional conditioning and trainings will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.

 

The schedule for June and July is as follows:

 

  • Mondays
    •    7:30 - 9:30 am
      •       Meet @ Milford HS Weight Room
    •    6:30 pm
      •       Tri State Running 5k
  • Wednesdays
    •    7:30 - 8:30 am
      •       Meet @ Milford HS Weight Room
    •    6:30 pm
      •       Loveland Running Spot 5k
  • Fridays
    •    8:00 - 9:30 am
      •       Meet @ Bike Trail

   

If you plan to attend any of the summer workouts you will need to turn in an Emergency Medical Authorization form, which can be found HERE.

Prior to official practice on August 1st, you must have a current PHYSICAL FORM on file.
