MILFORD WATER POLO OPENS 2016 CAMPAIGN AT NAPOLEON INVITATIONAL

SETTING THE SCENE: The Milford Eagles open their 2016 season at the Napoleon Invitational on August 12-13. The boys will open play against Upper Arlington at 12:50 p.m., followed by Toledo St. Francis at 3:20 p.m, while the girls will compete against Upper Arlington at 2:30 p.m. and Worthington Kilbourne at 4:10 p.m.

Led by head coach Kevin Metzger, the boys are led by All-Ohio senior Kane Gormley in goal, while the girls look to seniors Skyler Fontaine and Katey Pena, who also earned All-Ohio accolades in 2015.

A LOOK BACK: The Milford boys water polo team placed ninth overall at the 2015 Ohio High School State Water Polo Championships and posted a 21-10 season record. After earning a fifth place finish at state championships, the girls water polo squad finished with a 19-14-2 record.
