April 23 at Little Miami: Milford 17, Little Miami 4

GAME REWIND
Milford ran its win streak to five, a stretch where its averaging over 15 runs per game, with a 17-4 pummeling of Little Miami. The Eagles ran off eight runs in the first and never looked back, pounding out 22 hits, including nine for extra-base.

MHS wasted no time as Olivia Craycraft led off with a triple and trotted home on a Taylor Stemmerding single. Brooklyn Stewart, Sam Boothby, Meghan Stulz and Kaitlyn Bibb all had RBI single in the frame, while Craycraft collected her second three-bagger of the frame to chase two more home. Stemmerding made it consecutive triples when she plated Craycraft one hitter later.

Stulz and Bibb added RBI in the second, while Emily Allphin and Stewart did the same in the third. An Allphin sac fly in the fourth ballooned the Milford lead to 13-0. The Eagle scoring wrapped up in the fifth on a two-run double by Madi Fugate, an RBI double off Bibb’s bat, along with an Allphin RBI single.
