Spring Sports Preparticipation Information

TO TRYOUT OR PARTICIPATE, YOU MUST:

  1. Register and complete parent & student forms on Final Forms
  2. Have a current sports physical on file. Download & complete form on Final Forms or click here for form. A doctor or physician must sign form before the sports physical is valid.
  3. Participation fee is due prior to the first regular season game/contest. Pay online through PaySchools Central or check made payable to: Milford Athletics

Baseball
1) Tryouts: February 22-26 (Times TBD)
2) Weights/conditioning: Currently being held on Mon-Wed-Fri. See Coach Kilgore for a schedule.
3) Individual Instruction and Open Hitting opportunities will be announced weekly in the weight room

Softball
1) Tryouts: February 22-24 (Times TBD)
2) Conditioning: HS weight room Mon, Wed and Fri 2:30-3:30pm
