Spring Sports Tryout & Preseason Information

TO TRYOUT OR PARTICIPATE, YOU MUST:

  1. Register and complete parent & student forms on Final Forms
  2. Have a current sports physical on file.  Download & complete form on Final Forms or click here for form.  A doctor or physician must sign the form before the sports physical is valid.
  3. Participation fee is due prior to the first regular season game/contest.  Pay online through PaySchools Central or check made payable to: Milford Athletics

Baseball
1) Tryouts: Week of February 20th
2) Lifting: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 3:30pm
3) Open Hitting: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00-8:30pm (Juniors & Seniors @ 7, Freshman & Sophomores @ 7:45). Saturday open hitting times vary.

Softball
1) Tryouts: Tuesday February 21, Wednesday February 22, Thursday February 23 6:00-8:00pm
2) Conditioning: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after school

Boys Lacrosse
1) Tryouts: Monday, February 20 - Wednesday, February 22 from 6-830pm
2) Lifting: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:30pm
