Summer conditioning information for MHS girls cross country

Summer conditioning for MHS girls cross country begins June 5, 2017.  The optional conditioning and training will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.


The schedule for June and July is as follows:

  • Mondays
    •    7:30 - 9:30 am
    •   Meet @ Milford HS Weight Room
  • Wednesdays
    •    7:30 - 8:30 am
      •       Meet @ Recreations Outlet
    •    6:00 - 7:00 pm
      •       Meet @ Loveland Running Spot
  • Fridays
    •    8:00 - 9:30 am
    •    Meet @ Bike Trail (Galbraith Rd & SR 126)


Monday workouts will consist of stretching, running, and general core work.  Wednesday mornings at Recreations Outlet the girls will have the opportunity to participate in a Boot Camp type workout led by Coach Fox.  There will be a $5 charge for any girl who would like to participate in these workouts.  Wednesday evenings we will meet at the Running Spot in Loveland for their weekly 5k race.  This race is free and open to everyone.  After the race join us for some Hawaiian Ice or Graeter’s Ice Cream.  Our Friday meeting at the bike trail will again consist of stretching, running, and general core work.  Plan to bring a water bottle to all workouts in case we do not have access to water.  

If you plan to attend any of the summer workouts you will need to turn in an Emergency Medical Authorization form, which can be found HERE.

Prior to official practice on August 1st, you must have a current PHYSICAL FORM on file.
