Week Of December 12 ECC Athletes Of The Week
Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!
Brayden Creager
Senior, Milford Wrestling
Brayden went 5-0 in the 285 lb. weight class at the Middletown Duals. The senior recorded three pins, including critical pins against Middletown and Oak Hills, to secure the team's victories in closely-contested duals.
Ashley Johnson
Senior, Milford Swimming
Ashley earned a win and a trio of runner-up finishes in early season action against Dixie Heights and Simon Kenton. She was busy on the relay front, swimming opening leg of the winning 200 free and runner-up 400 free relays, as well as competing in the third leg of the runner-up finishing 200 medley squad. Ashley also grabbed second in the 200 freestyle.
Nolan Littrell
Senior, Milford Bowling
Nolan was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Holiday Classic on Sunday with an impressive 676 series (233-218-225). He finished in the top three for the individual games. Nolan also shot a 465 (226-239) against Lebanon and a 416 (210-206) against Moeller. For the week, Nolan averaged a 222.4
Miah O'Toole
Senior, Milford Basketball
Miah averaged 21 points in three games last week and made 11 three-pointers in those games. She continues to lead us on and off the court.
Brandon Wang
Senior, Milford Swimming
Brandon was a three-time event winner in Milford's meet with Dixie Heights and Simon Kenton. In relay action, he swam the second leg of the field topping 200 medley, while also swimming anchor leg in the winning 200 freestyle relay. He tacked on a victory in the 50 freestyle as well.
