Week Of January 16 ECC Athletes Of The Week
Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!
Ella Crompton
Freshman, Milford Basketball
Ella had a career-high 10 points and made three three-pointers while helping the team to a big win over Winton Woods.
Landon Crum
Freshman, Milford Swimming
Landon was a key contributor in the Eagles' meet against Kings and Little Miami with a trio of podium finishes. Individually, Landon finished third in the 50 freestyle and second in the free. He also swam the #2 leg of the 200 freestyle relay squad which also finished second.
Erin Fentress
Senior, Milford Swimming
Erin had another big meet for the Lady Eagles against Kings and Little Miami, recording three wins and one second-place finish. She took the win in both the 50 and 100 freestyle events, while also scoring the top spot as the anchor of the 200 freestyle relay. Her night ended with a second-place finish in the 400 freestyle relay.
Nolan Littrell
Senior, Milford Bowling
Nolan continues his impressive season with a 417 series against Mariemont and a 442 series against Winton Woods leading the boys to two wins. Nolan is averaging 223 this year in Conference play and a 211 over all games.
Shelby Sullivan
Senior, Milford Bowling
Shelby led the girls to a win against Winton Woods with a 194-169 for a 363 series.
Griffin Welling
Senior, Milford Wrestling
The senior won his match in the 215 lb. weight class with a pin in the team’s dual with Sycamore to solidify the 54-30 team win.
