Week Of September 12 ECC Athletes Of The Week
Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!
Austin Hardin and Luke Ray
Milford Football
Seniors Austin Hardin and Luke Ray led the high-powered Milford offense in a wild 48-47 win over Anderson. After throwing four TD passes in each of the first three weeks of the season, Austin tossed five in the Anderson win. He completed 28-of-39 passes for 372 yards. Luke was his top target, catching 10 passes for 169 yards, including an 81-yard catch and run for a touchdown.

Senior, Milford Soccer
Luke has anchored a defense that has helped Milford reach a 9-1 record, defeating strong teams like Kings, Lakota East, and Turpin along the way.
Skylar Helms
Senior, Milford Soccer
Skylar continues to play impeccable defense each game for Milford. She is consistent and confident to hold the back line strong. Many defensive stops can be attributed to her.
Madelyn Jones
Senior, Milford Cross Country
After having to miss all of last season, Madelyn has been improving every week getting herself back to where she knows she can be.
Rachel Morgan
Freshman, Milford Volleyball
Rachel, a freshman outside hitter, has been growing as a hitter and defender at an amazing rate. This week in four matches, Rachel contributed 33 kills with a hitting percentage of 0.360 along with 55 digs and 5 aces.
