Senior Kobey Bronaugh, and junior Max Ward competed at the OHSAA Division I District Wrestling Championship, held Friday, March 1 and Sat., March 2 at Kettering Fairmont High School. Both moved on to the second day of competition, but fell short of advancing to the State Championships.

He finishes the season 26-8.

His next bout was opposite Western Brown’s Gage Daugherty, whom he defeated 3-2, followed by a 11-10 victory over Benjamin Whatley of Lakota West. Ward’s fourth match of the weekend pitted him against Harrison’s Cameron Baird, who ended Ward’s quest for State with a 5-0 win.
