May 13 at OHSAA Sectionals

Play in the finals of the OHSAA Sectionals opened with Eagles Yusif Rustom and Jaden Worden squaring off. The senior Rustom got the better of his sophomore teammates, before moving on to earn the No. 1 seed with a win over Elder. The day ended with the best possible result for the Eagles as Worden defeated Loveland to grab the No. 3 seed for districts. District play starts on Thursday.
