With a win, two runners-up and a 11 top-four finishes, Milford placed third at the 2021 Eastern Cincinnati Conference Championships. Hayden Harvey was the big winner of the day, scoring the title in the 285-pound class. Ray Clayton at 138 pounds and Kaleb Gelter at 182 pounds, earned second place finishes.
