Junior Sam Conrad earned a finish inside the top-25 to lead Milford to an eighth-place finish in the 2020 ECC Championships. Conrad crossed the line in 24th place, stopping the clock in 20:44.53. Lebanon swept the top-two places and put all five of its runners in the top-13 to easily win the team title over second place Loveland.
