Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!
Sam Kiger, Baseball
Sam came out of the gate red hot for the Eagles. In two games vs. Lebanon, he went a combined 5-for-7 at the plate with two doubles, three runs scored, and a pair of RBIs. Adding seven putouts in the outfield, he helped Milford toward a pair of wins to start ECC play.
Zyon Randall, Track/Field
Zyon is the returning ECC champion in the 300m hurdles. He returns as a strong leader of the group. His goal this year is to go under 40 seconds in the 300 hurdles and to improve in his other events.
Promise Wilson, Track/Field
Promise is a returning hurdler who had a strong freshman year. She returns as the ECC runner-up in the 100m hurdles and is looking to improve. She is also adding some relays to her event list and looks to have a successful season.
