We will go on Monday’s 8:50-11:30am and Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 8:20-11am. Each day we will start with the weight room at the high school and then finish on the field (either in the grass or on the football stadium turf). Every day, each person should wear black shorts, shin guards, and the color t-shirt of the day. Each soccer player should bring gym shoes for the weight room, cleats for outside, a filled water thermos (not a plastic water bottle) and a pumped up ball.
Other summer happenings:
July 10 scrimmage against Moeller (4 & 6pm). This will be limited to 2 teams. So, I will poll who is available and select what I think are the top 40 kids at that moment in time to play in those scrimmages.
July 12-14 Mason Cup. Typically one game Friday evening, 2 games Saturday and 2 games Sunday. We will likely enter 3 teams if the numbers allow.
Tryouts August 1 & 2. You must have a current physical on file to tryout.

Starting Tuesday, March 5 and continuing every Tuesday & Thursday until the end of the school year (unless cancelled by the coaching staff), we will offer weight room and conditioning at the football weight room from 2:20-3:30. It will be run by Coach Grothaus, so you know it will be intense. Wear gym shoes and a Milford soccer shirt.
