Campbell, Schildmeyer Earn ECC Boys Golf Honors

The Milford boys golf team is represented on the All-Eastern Cincinnati Conference squads by a pair of members as junior Jonathan Campbell was awarded first team honors, while classmate Ian Schildmeyer is the Eagles’ honorable mention.

Campbell, who missed qualifying for the OHSAA District Championship by just a single stroke, finished the regular season with a nine-hole average of 38.2 to rank sixth in the conference. In ECC Tournament play, he finished fourth at the preseason tournament and tied for fifth at the season-ending championship event. Campbell is now a three-time All-ECC selection, having also earned first team last year and picking up honorable mention as a freshman.

Schildmeyer is a first-time All-ECC performer this year. His junior season finished with a 42.6 average and finishes of 22nd and 15th in ECC Tournament competition.
