Posted on: November 4, 2022

A tremendous season that featured nine wins came to an end for the Eagles as they dropped a 31-6 decision inside The Pit at Elder High School. The Panther defense forced a pair of turnovers and tallied four sacks, while the offense used ball control to dominate time of possession and pick up the win.

The Eagles struggled through the first half but started to get on track offensively in the second half. Senior RB Natwan Webster rushed for 80 yards in his final high school game, going over the 900-yard mark for the season. Milford scored its lone touchdown with just 1:35 to play when Austin Hardin found Ashton Warther for a 17-yard touchdown pass. The TD was Hardin’s 40th of the season the 64th of his career.

On defense, Andrew Littrell recorded a game-high 13 tackles, giving him a team-leading 96 for the season.

The Eagles conclude the season with a 9-3 record and a third place finish in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference, along with the program’s fifth playoff appearance in the last six year.
