The 2016-2017 girls bowling team has accomplished a feat no other bowling team in school history has achieved; a conference championship.

Milford finished the season 11-1 in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference, sharing the title with Glen Este.

The Lady Eagles suffered their lone conference loss early in the season when they split the series with the Trojans.  Milford fell in the first match 2297 – 2566.  The Eagles, however, battled back in the second meeting of the teams and defeated the Trojans for the first time ever.  In a classic, Milford won at home by just 8 pins, 2348-2340, to hang on to a share of first place.

With just one non-league match on the schedule, the Eagles hope to take the excitement and momentum into the postseason, which begins at the OHSAA Sectional Tournament on Wed., Feb. 22 at Crossgate Lanes.
