Weeks Of August 14 & 21 ECC Athletes Of The Week
Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!
Week of August 14
Elle Campbell
Freshman, Milford Cross Country
After an impressive junior high cross country career, Elle looks to continue her success at the high school level. Her strong work ethic and commitment this summer have her poised for a breakout freshman year.
Marlee Scanlon
Senior, Milford Soccer
Marlee assisted two goals and scored a third in our season opener vs. Colerain. We are so excited to see her success this season. Big things are in store for her!
Wyatt Simones
Junior, Milford Soccer
Wyatt led the back line that not only got the shutout against Colerain but only allowed two shots on goal. Additionally, Wyatt earned an assist from the back line.
Week of August 21
Claire McFarland
Junior, Milford Cross Country
Claire had another strong week of training this past week and is ready to compete out on the course this week. The Lady Eagles will compete twice this week, and Claire looks to help lead the team to a strong performance at both invitationals.
Nathan Webster
Senior, Milford Football
Nathan, a senior running back, rushed for 103 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries in the Eagles' season opening win against Edgewood.
