Weeks Of March 18-25 ECC Athletes Of The Week
Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!
Week of March 18
Sophia Foster
Sophomore, Milford Lacrosse
Sophie has been an integral part to our defense thus far. She continues to show up and compete everyday in practice and was a huge contributor in both scrimmages. Sophie accounted for six caused turnovers, one interception, and four ground balls. A true hustle player!
Week of March 25
Harrison Nunlist and Reece Davis
Milford Track
Harrison, a senior, came away with three first -place finishes to go along with one second place. He won the 200 meter dash and was a member of the winning 4x100 and 4x200 relay teams. He finished second in the 100 meter dash behind a teammate by only .01 of a second! Excited to see Harrison continue the season with results like these! Keep it up! Reece, also a senior, is in his first go with the track team, and he has already made a name for himself. He won the 100, the 4x100 relay, and the long jump in his first meet ever at Saturday's Bracken County Border Clash! Looking for big things from Reece as the season progresses!
Sage Gibson
Senior, Milford Track
Sage won all four events that she competed in at the Bracken County Border Clash. She won the Individual 100 and 200 meter dashes and anchored our winning 4x100 and 4x200 relays teams! Great way to start of the season Sage!
